These Terms of Service govern your use of Breezberg_.
Breezberg_ is an AI-powered financial education platform: a 36-module curriculum taught by an AI teacher, certificate exams and capstone plans, verifiable certificates, and cohorts for institutions. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or custodian, and paper-trading balances are simulated.
Breezberg_ is for education only. A Breezberg_ certificate records that you completed a programme of study; it is not a professional licence.
A certificate is issued when you pass every module check, the certificate exam and a capstone plan, have confirmed your legal name, and have certification access. AI grades are moderated by humans; a result that no longer passes after moderation revokes the certificate, and its public verification page and digital credential report it as revoked.
If you join an institution's cohort, its instructors and administrators may see your progress and results, moderate your exam and capstone results, export the roster and remove you. You can leave a cohort at any time.
Paper trading is a simulation.
You agree to use Breezberg_ lawfully and to submit only your own work in exams and capstones.
All 36 modules, the AI teacher (within fair-use limits) and module checks are free. Certificate exams, capstone grading and certificate issue require Breezberg_ Pro (TZS 99,999 per year) or founding membership, or a seat sponsored by an institution while you are an active member of one of its running cohorts. A sponsored seat covers certification only.
The platform, its content, curriculum, assessments, certificate designs, software, and design are owned by Breezberg_ Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
These Terms are governed by the governing law named here after legal review.
